I have tried several different brands and all of them have the same issues. Only those with tablets smell better. Besides the smell, this NAC is on my top 5 list. It delivers a visible improvement within days and the price is awesome. The other possible cons is the capsule leaks—there are always 1-3 capsules loosen and leaked per bottle. However, for the effectiveness, quality ingredients, large size, and reasonable price, it still worths a five stars.

Hard to know its effects but there’s definitely no negative effects. I’ve also noticed that all NAC have the same horrible smell so don’t be alarmed. Luckily it doesn’t taste the same. This 600mg dosage is awesome as I need only one capsule per day. Also be mindful that keeping it for long may cause it to oxidize. So store it properly.

I bought this to go in combination with glycine because I heard the combination of NAC and glycine is an excellent anti-aging combination. It’s too soon to tell but I’m hoping for great results.

It’s so good for getting quality sleep and I also use it in my electrolyte mix that I make with salt and potassium chloride for hydration.
