Calcium Magnesium Zinc + Vitamin D3, 300 Tablets

I bought these for my husband for mostly the magnesium, but the other ingredients are definitely needed as well. He used to experience frequent leg cramps. Since taking this consistently the cramps are practically nonexistent. He sleeps great. For reference, he's 53. I'm 49 and tried to take the whole dose at night, but it makes me groggy the next day. Due to the benefits, I'm going to cut back to 2 to see if that helps me. He says he doesn't feel lasting effects the next morning.

These had the amounts of calcium, magnesium & zinc I was looking for (I do take a separate D3 supplement, as these don't have enough for me), for a reasonable price. The pills are large, but that pharmaceutical glaze is amazing stuff, they go right down (I take all 3 at once, and often with at least one other pill, as well). There is no taste. I've noticed very few broken pills, so making sure I receive the full recommended dosage is easy.
