I have trigeminal neuralgia, a cursed disease, and believe it or not, vitamin b12 methylcobalamin, in high doses relieves the pain to some extent.
I have tried other brands. This is my favourite methylcobalamin. The dose, price also great. Most important for me is that how It dissolves and stays under the tongue for maximum oral absorbtion

This brand is hit or miss. At any rate, I don't care for this product. Is it really so expensive to make a B12 supplement that doesn't have sorbitol in it (or any other crap filler/sweetener/cut)? Can't you people just use xylitol or monk fruit for sweetener and phgg for bulk? Will not purchase again.
