My doctor recommended this brand. She does a lot of research and is particular about the brands she recommends to her patients. This is a great Omega 3 supplement. The capsule is quite large so I take a big sip of a liquid and pop it in and swallow.
I ordered this under the guidance of my nutritional coach. She only recommends the purest of products and she has me on a high dose so I take 2 capsules. While it's difficult to comment on the benefit (as is so often the case when taking supplements, I have no doubt that this will pack the punch! There is no foul after taste either which is a major bonus!
Metagenics OmegaGenics® Neuro Fish Oil is a new addition to our routine, and we’re both really impressed. While it’s on the expensive side, I really wanted to try it, and it didn’t disappoint. The softgels are easy to swallow, and the flavour is great—no fishy aftertaste or upset stomach, which is a huge plus. My husband especially liked it, and we both feel it supports overall well-being, particularly brain and heart health. I just wish it were a bit more affordable, but the quality makes it worth trying.

I bought this brand after using another brand for awhile and I can see a big improvement in the quality. I keep it in the fridge to keep it fresh given that it's still summer. Hoping to see improvements in inflammation and overall wellbeing. It has one of the highest EPA-DHA concentrations on the market, and I've read that an omega product higher than 800 means it's a quality product, so this meets that criteria.
