I have received today this from iherb. This is my first order and I am happy with the quality of packaging and delivery was as promised. The date of expiration is also more than a year later. The bottle was well sealed and clean. I have taken the first tablet today with food as mentioned in the iHerb website and on the bottle as well. The tablet has no smell or taste and size is not too big. Take one tablet daily with food. Hope this helps you guys.

Centrum multivitamins is the gold standard for multivitamins. The quality is above any complaint, the potency can be somehow low on some of the ingredients and the package size is quite adequate (200 capsules) to take daily for more than 6 months. You can feel the effects of some of the ingredients (hunger with the B2 complex, vitamin D) and for someone looking only for a maintenance multivitamin, this is probably the best as it has almost no taste at all.

I had bought a cheaper brand thinking there all much the same,. I ran out of the ones from the OTC when I changed Health Care Plans. Wasn't feeling too good. The difference was some Minerals were missing. Like IRON. Searched multi vitamin/mineral. Centrum Adult has minerals like Iron listed in their Ingredients!!! Don't believe what other brands preach. Look in the actual Ingredients yourself. Another thing Senior's only, isn't much either. Centrum has folks health in mind. Not false miss leading Ads!!
