99% I don't leave reviews on sites but here I had to give respect, for me and I call it the highest quality multivitamin that is on the market with everything the body needs the best quality ingredients after I tried countless companies about 5-6 brands happy that I found this multivitamin and also worth the money recommend to everyone.

Early on I didn’t feel mighty changes, but around week 3-4 I started noticing better stamina during workouts and fewer “draggy” afternoons. My skin seemed more even, and minor issues like mood dips or sluggishness after long days improved a bit. Good size and tablet are ok. Quality ingredients. On the flip side, there were a couple of mornings I forgot to take them with food and felt a bit queasy. Also, the need to take 2-3 tablets daily and the cost made me pause before renewing. But overall, I felt I got my money’s worth in terms of wellness boost.

This is my most favorite multivitamin. You can't beat the quality and the ingredients are all clean. The size of the pill is a bit large, but not that difficult to get down. I take a half dose daily, to conserve and make the bottle last longer. The potency of it is so good, that even at a half dose (3 pills), I feel great. I highly recommend. This multivitamin works well and has an impressive range of nutrients — it’s rare to find something this complete in one product. But the tablets are very big, and if the bottle isn’t kept tightly closed, some tablets can break open. Once that happens, they become very difficult to swallow and taste quite bitter. So, it’s effective, but you need to handle the tablets carefully.

Good multivitamin from a renowned brand. My third bottle and happy with the results. Love that it does not have iron but a bit disappointed that it does not contain K2. Otherwise it has all the essentials and more. Prefer this over the best seller on iHerb because that one has alpha lipoic acid which is not good for people with heavy metal issues.
