I take it for a month and it really helps with my anxiety. I feel calmer, more conscious and recommend for those who suffer from anxiety. It will reduce anxiety not all 100% but it really helps.

The ingredients is made of high quality fish oil. We are seeing results after 1 months of consumption. It is very expensive though. The capsule is small, makes it easy to swallow. The only setup is cost as this bottle of fish oil is expensive. The size is just nice to be swallowed too.
