The capsules are very easy to swallow (I take 1 of them 3 times a day). I'm not sure if they're being absorbed, as they can cause burping at times.

These vitamins are not for me. They give me anxiety unless I only take one a day, which is one third of the recommended dose. I've taken many supplements including b complexes and none have ever given me anxiety. Also, these are quite expensive. I would not recommend them.
I really like the variety of ingredients in this multivitamin. It has all the major vitamins and minerals, and all seem to be the most absorbable forms from what I can tell. I really like the addition of the phytonutrient blend - that’s not something I’ve seen in a multivitamin before. It also includes chromium for metabolism, and several notable antioxidants. The pills are not that big, and this really easy to swallow with no unpleasant taste or smell. My only complaint is that it’s expensive, and you only get 20 days worth if you take the maximum 3-pill dose. I cut it to 2 pills a day. (Label says to take 1-3 pills, so I feel I’m still getting benefits. The recyclable dark glass bottle is also a good point.
