I purchased this UltraGi Replenish because I have leaky gut and have trouble absorbing nutrients. I find the texture a bit grainy but that is common with pea protein. The chocolate taste is average but I mix mine with chocolate whey protein which helps. A few things to note about this product. It has glutamine which is great for repairing the stomach lining, but can cause hot flashes and sweating when taken on a regular basis, also glutamine (and also sugar) can feed cancer if a person has active cancer they are fighting. The B6 in this product seems to be the synthetic version that can cause peripheral nerve damage as opposed to the P5P B6, so that is disappointing and based on that alone I wouldn’t re-purchase this. Finally this has L-Histadine in it so if you have histamine intolerance issues it Might be a trigger when used regularly. Also the packaging is terrible and it doesn’t close properly so I have to use a bag clip. The rest of the ingredients seem ok for me and it does give me a bit of a boost of energy, the recommended dosage is two scoops but I have only ever taken the one.
