This has been one of the more “noticeable” multivitamins I’ve tried. After taking it regularly, I felt a bit more steady energy during the day and less afternoon slump, especially on busy days. The formula is quite comprehensive, so I actually started with a lower dose and then worked up, which worked well for me. The tablets are on the larger side, but still manageable with enough water and taken with food. Overall, a solid everyday multi if you’re looking for something a bit more robust than basic drugstore options.

It is a good and comprehensive formula. I am buying this for a Buddhist monk who is vegetarian. He said this gives extra energy and reduces tiredness.

This supplement was initially recommended by my doctor who sold it in his clinic. If you look at the ingredients closely, it is a very comprehensive multivitamin with all the necessary nutrients at a good dosage. My mum and my brother also took this together with me. However, it is best to take in with your breakfast and with at least 500 ml of water. The energy level you get is amazing so do not take it at night.

This is my favorite daily multivitamin; I've been taking it for years. I spent a lot of time researching the most bioavailable forms of vitamins and minerals, and Source Naturals ticks all the right boxes. I appreciate that it is highly concentrated but doesn't have HUGE amounts of everything like some other multis. I only take one a day just to kind of fill in any missing nutrients without overloading my system. It also has plant extract phytonutrients for long-term antioxidant health benefits. Note that because of these extracts, the tablets do have a strong smell, and you have to take them with food otherwise you will taste them later!

This has all the ingredients of a good multivitamin for a good price. I’d recommend if you’re looking to start a multivitamin or already have one and are looking for a better one. I take them daily. I feel better. I recommend.

I’ve been taking these for a while now and I feel pretty good for them. Definitely feel more energy and less sluggish. I trust that I’m getting the benefits from the numerous other stuff in there but I’m not sure to be honest.
