this is the easiest-mixing, best-tasting vitamin c powder there is. Simply add to some lukewarm water,wiggle the glass for a second, and drink it down. It's not even neccessary to stir! And because it's buffered, upset tummy will never be an issue. Of course, this is a VERY large container, suitable for a family, or for heavy duty supplementation. Also, anyone using any calcium ascorvate product on a regular basis would be foolish not to also take a magnesium supplement. Thank goodness for Iherb! I used to have herpes infection flare ups that would show up on my lips. Since starting this supplement, those flare ups are completely gone. Also, just as it is declared, the supplement is very mild on the stomach. Since it is a powder, I can take much less than the full portion. As always, great quality of Carlson.

Tolerated very well, but not the Calcium part. I have tried countless types of Vitamin C and I always got GERD and horrible backlash effects from the acidity. This was great, except for the calcium part. It made me feel weird as Calcium usually does if I attempt to take it. It made my arthritis in my neck stiff and "poppy/snappy" if that makes any sense. That went away eventually but it took like 2 months off this supplement. If you are ok with Calcium, definitely give this a try. My skin started healing within days taking this. Now I am newly trying one with Magnesium instead of Calcium hoping for a good result for my situation.

Definitely mild on stomach did not notice any irritation at all. Would recommend if you want to get more vitamin c but have a sensitive stomach.

Eventhough i cannot tell about the effects of it, it has a tiny spoon in it, you dissolve it in a drink, than consume it. I ve tried to dissolve for my children into simple water, because we dont consume that much sugary drinks, they didnt like the taste of it.

I wanted to try less acidic vitamin C and i really like Carlson’s mild vitamin c. I can’t believe i get 1600mg of vitamin c per serving. The product has tini tiny spoon inside and you get 1600mg of vitamin c per spoon, and it lasts for as good as 3 months for me. Will order again.
