I take this daily in support of my immune system and blood vessel health, and while I can’t say for certain its effects on my blood vessels, I can say that I believe that it has helped my ability to stay healthy and recover faster when I do get sick. They do not have an unpleasant taste - just a little sour. They are on the bigger side, though, like most vitamin C, so if you have trouble swallowing pills, you might struggle at first.
