I’ve been taking Carlson Calcium Magnesium for a few weeks, and overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality. I like that it includes both calcium and magnesium in well-absorbed forms, and I do feel it’s helping with my bone health and muscle cramps. However, the capsules are quite large—probably the biggest I’ve ever had to take. It’s manageable with a full glass of water, but definitely not ideal if you struggle with swallowing pills. That said, the benefits outweigh the inconvenience for me, so I’ll keep using it, but I do wish they’d consider a smaller capsule or tablet version.
