I recently discovered that not all CoQ10 is created equal. I had always purchased not necessarily the cheapest brand but the cheaper deals. That is until I found out that the vast majority of CoQ10 is ubiqinone which gets converted into Ubiqinol. Unfortunately as we age the conversion process becomes less and less effective so I highly recommend that if you're over 40 buy the more expensive Ubiqinol. And I find Carlson to be a quality brand in general.

this is one of my go for brands, i was adviced to take CoQ10 as an antioxidant ovary support. This is a better form of CoQ10, easy to swallow, neutral taste. Besides time to time i buy it for my mom's cardiovascular support.

Most CoQ10 is the cheaper form Ubiquinone which the body converts into the bioavailable form ubiquinol. But as we age our ability to convert Ubiquinone into ubiquinol is greatly reduced which is why I buy Carlson Ubiquinol.
