I decided to order minerals after watching a lecture by a famous MD. I'm taking all the vitamins but didn't realize the vital importance of minerals and how they work alongside and with vitamins and enzymes to facilitate important actions in the body. The first day I took these, after about 10-15 minutes I felt this overwhelming feeling of well being. It was amazing! Now I won't miss a day and each time I take these it's the same wonderful sensation of extreme well being. I have never had a reaction to anything like this. Yes, the pill is big, you are not going to get everything this mineral offers in a small tablet. I don't have any problem swallowing them but if I did I simply crush it and mix it with yogurt.

Has all the minerals I was looking for without the iron.

Pretty good mineral supplement. The formula and ingredient quality are excellent for this price point. My only complaint is that the tablets are quite large and hard, which might make them difficult for some people to swallow. Overall, a great value if you don't mind the size.

The size of these pills are quite big and not that easy to swallow! As for the rest, it’s a good blend of trace minerals ☺️

Complete minerals without the iron whch most of us don't need. Size of tablet might be hard for some to swallow. Ingredients are as expected for a mineral formula. In one sense, Minerals are actually more important than vitamins since minerals are considered the spark plugs of our body. Yet most people have mineral deficiencies that come out as many different symptoms most medical. Doctors are bit even aware of the connection and relation. Hard to get all the essential minerals we need if not for supplements. The full benefits of minerals cannot be written in a review like this.

I really don't know if I received any benefit from using this supplement as directed. I was hoping I would see a reduction in leg cramps that I experience when resting, but I can't say there was any change. I won't be buying this again. It is far more economical to just buy some high-quality salt instead.

I have finished taking them now. They have made a difference to my health. I can say i have a bit more energy and slight health improvement.
