The taste is good and neutral. You can add whatever sauce you like. I used it as a base for poke bowl and it turn out great. It fits well into low calories diet. The only downside is it is a bit pricey for me. The pack serves 2 portions and the quality of both package and product is very good.
These noodles taste good- no weird aftertaste but also no strong noodle flavor, mostly just absorb the flavor of your sauce. so easy to prepare . Don't spike blood sugar at all.
Bought it to avoid gluten but it didn’t look appetizing enough
Once rinsed and prepared properly, the texture is surprisingly good. Perfect for keto or low-carb meals and absorbs sauces well. Very filling and easy to cook.

Miracle Noodle is a great, quality product for those of us trying reduce carbs and eat healthier. The ingredient Konjac is a type of yam and when it’s used to make noodles it’s an excellent substitute. The package size is rather small (one serving) so use that for your meal. Great it really well after rinsing.
I was skeptical at first, but Miracle Noodle Spaghetti totally surprised me! It's a fantastic low-calorie, low-carb alternative to traditional pasta. The texture takes a little getting used to—more chewy than wheat pasta—but once you rinse and prepare it properly, it works great in stir-fries, soups, and even with marinara. It's perfect for anyone watching carbs or following keto or gluten-free diets. the quality and ingredients are amazing a bit bit disappointing though for the size of the package
I have used several of these miracle brand pastas, and all have been Great to add to regular pasta to cut back on carbs! Great as a stand alone for healthy style ramen noodles or other pasta dishes. No bad taste and very easy to add to sauce & meatballs or summer pasta cold salads.
Amazing quality and blend of tea ingredients and the taste is just so amazing, I will use these all the time and the size and package is so good! Many benefits too and just feels so nice to have everyday as a treat! Very much recommend and will de buy again soon when I have ran out
