Replacing just 100g of regular noodles in Shirataki Konjac Pasta reduces 140 calories! They have neutral taste, and a soft chewy texture. Very tasty in stir fry.
Pack Size for 2-3 peoples, kids like them, I prefer more soft and less gummy, but in the end we’re fine considering we are on AIP elimination and there are not so many options. We combined them with coconut aminos instead of soy. I will buy also the other ones, tgese were fettuccini style. Have good ingredients, AIP compliant. Good quality too.

Of course iherb raised the price of these Miracle Noodles items by quite a ibt, but I still have to have this low calorie item and it is also high in fiber. Not much choice but to accept the higher price.

i was surprised actually that it's wet pasta! I thought it's dry like the normal pasta we buy, but it comes in water.
These have been hard to find in the stores but now we have set up automatic delivery as my wife loves these! We either add a red sauce or some protein and these give a nice bed of texture.
