After researching NMN products, pro health had many positives such as a published study, 3rd party testing, solvent free etc., the one negative - I would prefer sunflower lecithin over soy lecithin. (The reason for a 4 star) As of this review, I've used it for 12 days- dose of 150mg. no issues so I will begin 300mg tomorrow. There is no taste,my energy seems slightly improving, I believe the higher dosage will make more of an impact. Overall the quality of the product is favorable.
