As the title implies, I consume alcohol on a regular basis and as a result, suffer from hangovers. I tried taking NAC by itself, with minor success, however these do the trick! I'll take 2 pills before bed after a couple drinks, and haven't woke up with a hangover. There's also the added benefit of being much more rested than without. The suggested dosage of 2 pills is the trick. While experimenting I found 1 pill isn't effective. Also, yes as other's have said the pills are on the large size and don't taste wonderful, but you'll be asleep soon enough anyway.
