Good quality product, great taste, serving size of the tablets is good, it work fast. I do like the idea that this product in chewing form is easy to consume.
It's the best when you have a stomachache and gas
The packaging is nice. You get a good size for the price. Good for any age to use. They taste much better than your typical chalky tablets, for me that's worth the price. I like that there are two active ingredients. A good quality product to have on hand at home.
They are a bit hard at first, but worth it because they do the job. I also appreciate the flavor and the easy open bottle (I am usually grabbing for it in the middle of the night and love that I can manage it in the dark).

Alka-Seltzer has always been associated with hangover relief tablets for me. It turns out they produce a lot of other cool things, including these Heartburn Relief Chewable Tablets. The tablets are about one and a half centimeters in diameter. They have a slightly hard shell and a soft inside. That's the standard plan for tablets. What I liked about them, of course, is the pineapple flavor, which I haven't tried in other tablets of this kind. And, of course, the fact that they really work. If some bloating occurs I use one or two tablets first, and they help a lot. But often I use two just because I really like this flavor.

Every so often I get heart burn if I eat something with tomatoes like spaghetti. When I get heartburn it’s in the middle of the night..these work pretty fast.
