I love the taste of this product! I drink it every day late afternoon and it really helps with those late afternoon cravings. It took awhile for me to notice any benefit, but after about 2 weeks of consistantly using, i noticed the difference. It's hard to find in stores locally, though. So I have to order in advance so I don't run out.
