I use these to make homemade yogurt (medical food, really), by incubating at a low temperature (97-98 degrees F) for 36 hours, as described in Dr. William Davis' book, "Super Gut." It is delicious, and I eat 1/2 cup every day. The improvement in my health has been evident. Great price, highly recommend.

The product itself is pretty great, I have noticed a difference after 2 months of use on my teeth! That said, I tried this apple version to see if it was better than the mint one and the apple is a bit too artificially tangy for my preferences, but nothing too extreme.

I saw a recommendation for this in an interview and the guy in interview said that he didn't have any cavities for 10 years so I thought I would give this a try obviously it has to be tested over a long time I can only tell from other people's experience that this is supposed to work
