It's great that the snap tablets can be easily split in half. It's easy to use because you can adjust the amount. However, it's expensive. Considering the amount, I don't think it's good value for money. It's more expensive than other melatonins, so I can't really tell the difference in quality, so it's hard for me to continue using it.
The quality is excellent, the packaging is secure, the quantity is large, and it's excellent for general health and increases beneficial hormones during sleep.
5mg&5mg👈 I thought this was a two-stage time release, but I was wrong (although I don't know if a two-stage time release for melatonin is meaningful). 5mg&5mg👈 It seems that this can simply be cut in half and used. In the first place, it is clearly written as a snap tablet, and as the name suggests, there is a crack to make it easy to cut (I have never cut it, so I don't know if it is actually easy to cut). Oh, I misunderstood. But it is convenient. I mainly use 10mg, and sometimes I tear it off and take 5mg, or I leave half and take 15mg on days when I can't sleep...huh? In that case, wouldn't it be better to just buy 5mg melatonin? It's already 4 stars! ...or so I thought. As a 10mg melatonin supplement, the cost performance is not bad. (I don't do that, though) Considering the uses I mentioned, it seems to be a good 10mg melatonin supplement.

Melatonin is one of the supplements I can't do without. This Melatonin gives me a great sleep. What I particularly like about it is when I first wake up after about 6 hours deep sleep I can choose to either get up or just roll over and go straight back to a rem dream sleep for another 90 minutes or so.
