I found the taste to be strong and not so pleasing to me. However I saw other reviews saying that it's simply a strong cumin taste. I don't eat cumin regularly, maybe they are right. I like that it's just the oil and not a gel cap. I've been taking it for several weeks already but I read that the results only come after long term use. So, I'll finish this first bottle then take a next one and maybe update after a few months. So far I don't have any negative effects, I'm taking it for my hair.

Got this for my partner to try. They say the burps aren't worth it and prefer the capsule version of black seed oil instead. Quality wise, it seems great! The dark glass bottle is great packaging. The benefits of black seed oil are worth trying a few things for. The taste definitely isn't great, but you don't buy this for the flavour.

I have tried every brand of bcso that is sold on Iherb and the quality for all of them is great. as soon as you open the bottle you can smell the oil so you know that it's authentic. I have bought bcso from other companies and some of them are very light colored but this particular brand is great.

I bought this as it has many health benefits. I will confess that the taste is acquired and will take a lot of getting used to. The ingredients are natural and of high quality. The serving size is not a lot, which is good. Just make sure when you are taking it to have juice or water after.

Keep on had for cold/flu/virus season and whenever feel like something coming on. Use with quercitin and zinc to be rid of it before getting sick or to shorten the time of ill feeling. Bought this liquid because it is more economical than a pill .
