These capsules are easily swallowed and are amazingly good at providing relief from cold and flu symptoms. Taken as directed-2 every 3 hours, they ease symptoms and definitely shortens the length of time the cold/flu lasts. Have noticed if taken immediately upon onset of symptoms, fairly often the you can avoid a full blown case of a cold/flu. Have used this exact product for years and could not be happier. The capsules have a slight flavor and scent which are a non factor and I have never had a problem with them bothering my stomach(I do not need to take them with food and am generally sensitive to whatever meds/supplements/natural remedies I take).

Works great on colds. You do have to take it consistently every 3 or 4 hours for it to work it's best. I love that the ingredients are natural. Will order again.

I think it works! Helped me fend off an infection for day. I think I failed in drinking throughout though! And I also feel like it only works when you're about to get sick and you shouldn't drink it when you're full-blown sick.
