She said it helped manage some of her symptoms. The only problem was it’s 4 capsules per dose and it’s 30 days supply and she was trying to see if it was cost effective as she is already on metformin and prescription medication. She also felt a bit flat when she started taking it and wasn’t sure if it was some of the ingredients or hormonal adjustments. This product was recommended by her gynaecologist so she will continue to use it got 3 months and decide from there.
This is the 3rd 2000+mg brand and it is my absolute favorite! I feel absolutely great on the days I take it. My blood sugar is stable and I have energy. To be clear, I do not have diabetes (I have non-diabetic hypoglycemia) and do not have PCOS as far as I know.

The main benefit I got from taking this is getting a regular cycle back after stopping hormonal birth control. This brand uses quality ingredients. It is a little pricey. Size/dosage of the pills are average and easy to take and have no taste. I recommend for women getting off the pill!
I take inositol for about 2 weeks after my period since my cycle is usually regulated. I tried this one bc the price was discounted. My case is just fine with the others even cheaper so probably won't buy this again. but this works fine and I like only 2 caps per day!
It’s a great supplement to regulate your period. It doesn’t have any taste. However, I wish the recommended dosage could be packed in one pill instead of four.
