Tastes decent for a greens powder thanks to the cocoa, but nutritionally it’s mostly dried grass, which adds bulk and color more than real nutritional value. The nutrition benefits are minimal compared to actual fruits & vegetables, or powders that contain mostly concentrated fruits & vegetables powder. Grass is a great food for cows and other herbivores, not for humans. I'd recommend a good whey protein powder instead.
