Resveratrol Gummies, Grape, 60 Gummies

I hate swallowing pills and capsules so have been trying to get as many as possible in gummy, liquid and chewable forms as I can. Resveratrol is so good for us so I am happy to be able to chew a delicious tasting gummy rather than powders and capsules. This seems good quality. The benefits it is supposed to give us are reduction of wrinkles, great for skin, activation of SIrt1 so it gives benefits as though we are fasting, anti age benefits as a result of that and lengthening telomeres, fighting inflammation etc.

I was looking specifically for a gummy formula, those were good. Gummies taste and smell a bit funny at first but eventually you get used to it. Unfortunately this bottle doesn’t last long, but I did not get any side effects like it was with resveratrol capsules from other brands.
