I've been using L-Glutamine to support my celiac disease, EDS, and MCAS, and it’s been really beneficial. It helps with gut healing, reduces inflammation, and supports connective tissue health. I’ve noticed improvements in digestion and I think it's helped with bloating I take first thing on an empty stomach. I dont taste anything with it and the capsule size is ok!
