I take one tablet per day. I think Solgar is a very good brand- the Rolls Royce of vitamins. I would not take any other vitamins. However, I did not take vitamins for a while and I looked and felt aweful. Now I have got back onto these again, I feel better and I think I look better too. They were delivered promptly. The packaging was good. Tastwise- I just take them with juice in the mornings so I cannot taste any bad taste. The size is good - 90 tablets lasts me for 3 months. The price is reasonable.
