Resveratrol is a powerfull antiage, anti-inflammation miracle. I read is so good for brain, the immune system, heart, neurons, skin. I bought this Resveratrol from Youtheory for my family and me because I was certain it will improve health. The ingredients seem good, the benefit of them are enormous! Update 1: Today I received the package with my products. I was content about all of them. The bottle with resveratrol is so nice! Large, like a square, with a big opening. The tablets are not so big, flat, almost like a rugby ball. I started to take them today. Update 2: The tablets are easy to swallow, even they aren't quite small, with a woodsy smell. I upload 3 photos with the bottle and the capsule's measurement.

Will update when I finish it ,, can not judge it now , I just took two pills !!! They are hard to swallow,, I advise whoever have difficulty in swallowing not to buy it , because it sticks in your throat!!!!!! I have swallowing issue because of thyroid problems!! These pills doesn’t suit me because they are large and hard !!! But I will continue taking and drink 🥤 large quantities of water to help me swallow it ,,, I hope I get benefit soon !!! It is 28 Nov , I just can’t swallow it it is too harsh and big !! Even with water it gets stuck in your throat!!! I don’t recommend taking it at all , better get the capsule 💊 one ,,

I really enjoyed this product, Its suppose to reduce inflammation and its completely true because after I take it in the morning and mid afternoon I feel like I have new found energy.. The only down side it the tablets are kind of on the larger size of tablets so if you have difficulty swallowing maybe choose a smaller format.The smell is also strange but once I got over it and saw the results in the benefits to my body I really don’t mind it anymore. The quality is great! The price is also great for the amount of product you get!
