The package will last approximately for a month and a half - depending on the dosage I take depending on stress levels. The product is encapsulated, hence there's no taste. I chose the prince of peace Korean ginseng because it has the best potency & does not have a bad taste when I open the capsules to make my Energy tea for the day. I use my coffemaker, put a little water in decanter ,open a few capsules into water, morning thunder tea & barrys tea bags & let the rest of water cycle through . Let it steep for 10 minutes.
