Very good quality with great ingredients for my husband age in his 50s. Size and packaging is perfect. Prevent tiredness. taste ok and is antioxidant with no deficiency . my husband is taking it everyday to support him with his everyday activities. would recommend for men at this age for their everyday support.

The flavor is kid-friendly and my child takes it without complaining. The ingredients look promising, but we haven't noticed any major changes yet. I think it needs more time and consistency. Overall, it's okay so far.

My favorite multivitamin so far! I tried some different brands before but this one is my new favorite one. I just needed to take one per day (the other ones 2 or 3 per day). Feels really energized! Also is not smelly like most of the other multivitamins around. I recommend it 100%
