I like this calcium and vitamin D3 powder because it’s easy to mix into drinks or smoothies without much taste. It dissolves pretty well, although if you don’t stir it enough it can get a bit chalky. It’s a good way to boost calcium and vitamin D for stronger bones, especially if you don’t want to take tablets. I find it gentle on the stomach, which is a big plus.
