this is my first experience to use such product and especially the usage of fats in the market has been decreased because everyone would say that that is bad. so this is quite experiment with ingredients of this product. I do like the smell and taste. it's very interesting, not very strong, not very weak but very pleasant. I take a half of a table spoon mixed without water in the mornings. I do like the quality. it's not very oily when mixed with around 20 to 200 mg of water. I use it in early morning. the size is very great. I think it will last for around one year. the package was lovely as well. very thoughtful. put into packages and I do not use it for cooking. the composition is okay. I do give recommendation for this product. give it a try. I would wouldn't say that I have seen any major benefits yet, but I use it for my diet to include in my daily routine

This ghee is delicious, and contains ashwagandha which is calming and helpful in mitigating the effects of every day stressors. I love putting it on toast, in coffee and hot chocolate, and stirring it into cooked veggies. A delightful way to take herbs.
