This is a highly nutritional value product, is the first time I try it, I have used to make pancakes, I prefer due to the tast turn more mild, I tried to fried beef once was not a good match in my opnion due to the aroma and flavour, however I'm really happy to try. It contains large amount of middle chain triglycerides MCT and this is a big win.

it does taste like it came from a goat but it smells delicious and tastes just the same. I use it in my coffee every morning and massage my 3 month old baby with it.
