I was looking for an alternative to olive oil, which isn't great for high heat cooking. I tried coconut oil, which unfortunately has a very specific taste. I also tried avocado oil, which often is fake. So I tried Ghee and I came across this brand which is perfect. I've been using this for at least six years and I can highly recommend it.
I didn't like it raw. I like to have bread with butter, but this butter didn't work. I will use it for cooking. I hope I find a good one that is smooth, tastes creamy, and like a whipped nut.

Very high quality and clean ingredients. Taste is rich and buttery without being too heavy. I mainly use it for frying eggs, sautéing vegetables and adding flavour to cooked rice — it works perfectly. The jar size is generous, and the glass packaging is sturdy and well-sealed. The benefit for me is that it’s easier to digest than other oils and gives better flavour. Composition is simple (pure ghee) which fits well into my diet. I usually use around 1 teaspoon per serving and I use it almost daily.

Bets ghee I have tried. It has an amazing taste and can be used both for cooking at high temperature and for spreading on naans for example. The size is great and it's made with high quality ingredient: only grass fed, organic cow. As mentioned by others, package could be swapped for glass (instead of plastic) in an ideal world.
