I have made this spicy ghee before and while it had a better deeper flavor, my entire kitchen was slick and greasy feeling!!! So it was nice to just be able to open this jar! High quality, fresh taste and perfect to use in delicious Ethiopian recipes.

Delicious and amazing quality! I've never made Ethiopian food before but I wanted to try and this is a necessary ingredient. I used it to make ethiopian red lentils and collard greens and they tasted SO good (if not the most authentic lol). I love that it's organic and grassfed and the size of the container will definitely last me forever.

I use this as a healthier option for cooking, frying and sauteeing. So many of the seed oils are highly processed and unhealthy so I started using ghee for the health benefits and I love it! The only thing I would say as a word of caution is that it will stain if you get it on your clothes, so be careful or use an apron when using it.

I mostly use this for making Misir Wat (Ethiopian spiced red lentils) and it's very tasty, and much more convenient than making my own spiced ghee. Would recommend.
