Electrolytes are a main part of sports and training. They need to be combined with the right amount of fluids for your workout. The taste is good, but the benefits are really great with proper hydration.
I really like Trace ZEROLyte Electrolytes & Coconut Water, Salty Citrus. It works well and keeps me hydrated, but the flavor is quite sweet for my taste. I usually use only half a sachet per serving, and that works perfectly for me. Definitely a product I’d reorder!
Since I'm on keto, I chose to take these on my trip. Convenient dosage and packaging. Good absorption, doesn't upset the stomach, but has a strange aftertaste.

The great combination of electrolytes is a real pick-me-up when I have been in the garden or on the go and I need great tasting water. Lightly flavored and salty quenches thirst quickly. A little difficult to open which is good because I know it is well sealed.
Quality and tastes is great. Love that it has coconut electrolytes in it. Great for post workout and trainings especially in high altitudes.
Unfortunately, I couldn't get past the taste of this product. The salty citrus flavor was just too much for me, and even though I know it's packed with beneficial electrolytes, I simply couldn’t finish a serving. I'm sure it works great for others, but for me, the taste is a dealbreaker
These are my absolute favorite electrolytes in terms of both taste and nutrition. I love that they have 1gm of sodium per serving. I only wish it came in a tub, rather than individual packages.
First time trying Trace products and really enjoy the quality taste and ingredients. Best to buy on dis as it can be pretty pricey retail. Love the convenient packaging makes it easy to bring during workouts. Normally add to my training drink to boost my electrolytes during hard sweating sessions.
