I needed electrolytes to tame the leg cramps I was experiencing from a prescription medicine I take regularly. I like the lemonade flavor better than the orange. Packets are handy for travel and I use the canister for home use. The canister could have a longer spoon handle as I pour out the canister into a shorter container so I don't have to struggle to get the powder out when it nears the bottom. I have tried other elctrlyte brands but hte quality/price comparison is better.

This is a great product as I love the lemon taste and doesn’t feel artificial or too sweet. It’s so convenient to pour it into the water bottle and take it with me to my workouts & trainings and yoga and gym classes. I also like the fact that it’s easy to tear as some electrolytes has the worst design to open so having the paper material to hold the powder is a great design!
