Good one
I’m happy with this product. The capsules are easy to swallow even they big and very convenient to take, especially compared to liquid MCT oil. They fit well into my daily routine and don’t cause any stomach discomfort. The quality seems very good, and the bottle lasts a long time. I would buy this product again.
