They say it all stems from the gut. If you have good gut health, you’ll have good overall health. I wanted to take this to help with bloating and inflammation in the gut. It’s a good size and easy to swallow. I take one daily and I hope it’s going to help with my gut issues. I also like that it’s veggie capsules.

I found this to have the ingredients I was looking for and it improved my digestion for me. The quality seems top notch. I think it has a good point and is a good size for trying to see if it works for you. There is no bad aftertaste from it and I have noticed no side effects either.
