This, along with progesterone cream has dramatically improved my periods. I was beginning to have super heavy 2nd days and severe post menstrual symptoms. Huge improvement! Size of pills is rather large but the dosage is two pills per daily so it’s worth it for the benefit of the ingredients!
I like the fact that several herbs are combined here is a lesser quantity than if I had to take each of the herbs separately. Out of so many adrenal support formulations on offer, this one looks milder and has no ingredients that could increase blood pressure. The price could have been less though.
