Lovely quality, minimal ingredients. Generous size, mild taste for dosage. We use sparingly, but product is effective. I do thinks it has benefits as it’s been helpful with adults in household who have had struggles changing back to daytime work shifts.
great product, however the kids don't like the taste.. they tend to spit out. I halved the dosage as I was trying to see what the benefit was. still worked great, but the kids won't take it anymore.
I put this into a dropper bottle and we only ever have half a dropperful at a time but it works well for my kids and I. The ultimate is falling asleep on your own but sometimes the kids need a little help when they are struggling to wind down. I find it works well most of the time but one of my kids it doesn't seem to work so well for. It may vary for each person.
