Excellent product, no melatonin! I’ve purchased these multiple times and will continue to do so. I was interested in finding a product with quality ingredients, and feel the size of the pill is just right to take with a large gulp of water. I love that the product is organic, and I feel like my sleep has truly benefitted from this.
I bought it for my dad as he struggle in getting enough sleep. His sleeping cycle cannot exceed 4 hours a day even if he were tired and needed for more sleep (for example if he slept at 9:00 PM he will diffidently be awake restlessly at 1:00 AM and will not be able to sleep again. He tried many other herbs and supplement to improve his sleeping but non of it worked effectively like this one. My father was very happy that he could sleep for 6 hours from the first usage. I hope it helps you also if you are searching for something natural that can improve your sleeping. (I am have ordered the second bottle for him).
I wanted to take supplement that good for my sleep but I don’t want to use melatonin. Tried this for a couple of days and it seems I sleep through the night
this product has great quality and the size is enough to last a while. It will help sleep better. I think the tablets are better than the powder

I feel more comfortable after taking one of these each night so far. it's been 4 nights since I received these at my door and started. My stomach is so full right now.
