While I love the product and love that it is liquid, the consistency is terrible. It is just too sticky and gunky. The bottle top gets all nasty and you lose a lot of product just from build up around the cap. The formula needs to be changed to make it easier to administer. It’s too expensive for all this build up on the bottle.
Not sure about the quality as only been using it for a week, the consistency though is clumpy, and no instructions how much 1ml is.
I don't particularly see any benefits, but it is a superfood and the form is very convenient to take. The only thing I'm not so sure about is the consitency, as it is slightly too thick.
I use it for liver detoxification. I haven’t use it long enough to feel a difference but studies sustain helps with phase 1&2 of liver
