This company includes methylated versions of the B vitamins and doesn't even market these as methylated B's for MTHFR mutations. I hope someone reads my review and this helps them realise that these supplements are good quality!

It has versatile content compared to standard multivitamins, there is no need to talk about its quality.
For context, I am a 52 year-old woman :) The ingredients are amazing and although I have only been taking this for a couple of weeks, I am already repurchasing because I feel good. I divide the six medium-sized capsules into 3 in the morning and 3 around midday. No taste, no smell. I trust the DaVinci brand (no nasty additives!) and look forward to seeing more good results. Will update my review as I go.
The quality, ingredients, and ease of taking the capsules are all very good. I buy it when it's on sale.
