I had been suffering from periodic swelling and pain in my wrist for years, but after taking this, the pain subsided and the swelling disappeared within about two days. The effect was unbelievable. The dosage is 3 times a day for the first month, and 2 times a day from the second month onwards. It contains green-lipped mussels and various other additives. I finished two bottles and now I'm taking just Berna, 2 capsules a day, morning and evening, instead of the Plus version. The swelling and pain in my wrist joint have disappeared. I'm so grateful. Yes, it's helping my mom; we noticed a visible improvement in her fingers. The effect was noticeable two days after the first dose. I do recommend it and plan to buy it again because the ingredients really work. The size is a bit large, and it smells a little fishy, but it doesn't affect the taste.
