Spectra: This is a very well rounded multi-vitamin, I would say 2nd to the Life Extension® Two-per-Day as 'bang for your buck' according to my preference, focusing on high B's. If you are reading this, you’ll know you need to supplement a decent magnesium and vitamin D. Being two per day, so split dose for more even (24hr) coverage allows you to swap out the afternoon dose for something else. If you have the money, then Nature’s Way Completia®. Which in combination, I’d take over Source Natural’s Life Force and Life Extension’s Mix™, but that’s just me. One of the best multivitamins around, irrespective of price. Try it, see how you get on! A strong 4/5 for me.

Overall its a great supplement, great formulations and ingredients. I just wish it contained higher levels of iron. Downside is the cost - will look for alternative.
