This is the first Bach remedy I have tried and I am pleased with the results. I first used this when I could not fall asleep because my mind was racing, so I put one drop of each bottle in a glass of water and noticed an improvement right away. I got relief and was able to sleep. I am pleased with the quality of this product and only a small amount is needed so the package will last.
